Samsung Unlock Code?

Now I have a network O2 Orange Samsung D500 (UK) and the card in my # * # 7465625 and showed that the network lock is active, then I found # 7465625 * 638 * code # but I dont know any code, no one, 00 million (8 zeros), but came up with the wrong pass word said all ideas, Thanks.

Orange call and ask you to have the code, it will cost you 20 pounds of the mind, but it's only two ways to do this.
